Rent a wheel is on that fuck shit..was told to come down to fill out an application so they can go pick up my tires because it was urgent .said it would take 35 minutes to get them. I show up.fill out my application and was told that the person to approve it just went to lunch so I have to wait an hour. 2 hours later I call to see whats up because I've not recieved any calls or anything they say the person is still on lunch.2 HOURS LATER. The manager at this store is VERY rude yelled at me the WHOLE time I talked to him very BAD customer service would not answer simple questions I had for him I do not suggest this company if you want rims. To talk to a paying customer in that manner during a Pandemic when they have fair questions about their account is sad. This will be 1st & last purchase.
