Absolutely horrible. I set an appointment last week and had to take time off for my appointment. Not only did not get my tires, “after they said they were being shipped” I also got told they had another set for me but it turned out they only had 3 of the tires not 4 🙃 so after all of that I get told the tires I was initially going to receive would be available for pick up. Fast forward 3 hours, no call yet or text. So I call and get a “ we’ve tried to get ahold of you, we won’t be able to get your tires today, sorry” what a... read more

RecommendedEvery employee was beyond helpful from the moment we walked in the door. It was for that reason that we didn't bother going down the street to Discount Tire. They continued to help us via texts and more; even after we left! Thank you guys! w/a special thanks to Jeremiah! You're definitely an asset to R-a-W! & We love these rims!
RecommendedThey are good to go to if you don't have all the money up front for tires. I recommend them for that purpose, they will get you hooked up and rollin' for just a little money down, just be sure to make your payments.
Do not go here!! These people are money hungry!! We made arrangements to pay weekly instead of monthly. We went on vacation and had put all of our money in the account , the morning of when they was only suppose to take $95 out , they took $414 out. Which is what we pay in a month for the tires!!! Most of the vacation money we saved up gone!! Super rude!! I was so glad to put my stocks back on my truck so I don’t have to deal with them ever again!
