What kind of staff is rude to an elderly lady that needs the phone!! That tells you what kind of staff they have!! I will spread the word as much as I can!! Rude, insensitive and disrespectful!!!
Any business who refuses to assist an elderly woman in need doesn't deserve a good recommendation. If thats how you treat people then why would anyone want to do business with you all. I won't recommend nor will I do business here.
They gave me tires too small for my vehicle, also over priced. The staff were rude to me to where I had to pay over the phone just to do business. They took advantage of the situation of me not knowing about tires to make a sale. I won't be doing business with them in the near future.
