they arrived at 9:)) AM, loaded by 11:30 AM, drove to new address, unloaded and placed everything by 3:00 PM. We had 3 floors of furniture to put into 1.5 villa. There were 5 wonderful guys and 2 trucks. We enjoyed working with them so much we tipped them each. I was so dreading this move and they made it easy and fun. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!!!!

We contacted Rent a Vet to help with our out-of-state move and booked everything over 6 weeks ahead of time. Now, less than 3 weeks before our scheduled move, Frank e-mails me to tell me that due to an increase in their insurance rates, he will be unable to perform our move. I have 3 major problems with how this was handled besides the fact of the enormous bind this creates for us. 1) The proper thing to do would have been to call me, not e-mail. 2) How could you not have known this weeks ago? Experience with Rent a Vet was great. Arrived on time, had a great attitude and got the job done with no wasted effort. Our move involved getting all of our furniture on one floor, including refrigerator, into adjoining rooms or the garage in order to have the floor resurfaced. Jr and Tyson had suggestions for better staging the furniture so we only had to put one item in the garage. I would use Rent A Vet again in a heartbeat.

I was looking to save some money so I reached out to Rent A Vet. They emailed me a quote that was several hundred less than 2 men and A Truck. Overall i was pleased with the experience.
