Mike Fletcher -Rent a Son, had given me quotes on laminate flooring and bathroom tile floors. He came & did the larger job...the laminate in 4hrs @ $600.00 but when it came to the smaller job, bathroom tile floors @ $100.00 he never came back to finish the job. EVER. NEVER called to tell me he wasn't going to finish the job. So if you want to hire him ,make sure he does the smaller job first....NOT dependable....I would NOT recommend him.
