Very friendly
I've gotten a few things from them and been satisfied every time. Last year I got a fireplace that came to me with a door falling off. I did same as cash so it was paid off in the 90 day time frame. A different manager was there at the time of my purchase and promised he would replace it but we had to wait until the fireplace came back in stock this season. The new manager, a young lady, made sure I still got a new fireplace to replace the broken one that was sent to me. And it's much nicer then the one I paid for. Thank you... read more
