Lack of communication, and lack of care. I have never been made to feel like less than garbage in my life in any conversation. Definitely a first, especially in customer service. I can take rude. I can take apathetic. But I will never be returning. The lady I spoke with was pleasant enough. I'll give her credit. Otherwise, I'll only come back to watch if it catches fire. Little else for customers here. Go to Aaron's across the street.

Do not spend your hard earned money here. This place feels money-hungry and is a complete rip off. The customer service is terrible ; they constantly hound and harass you, and to make matters worse, they double-charge before your actual payment day. The entire experience has been stressful and unprofessional. I truly hope this location is shut down, because no one deserves to be treated this way.

The manager, Brittany is really nice and she works with me in my situation. I really appreciate it. But the one man that comes to my house is very rude and makes me very uncomfortable. I do not want to feel like I am being discriminated because I am a woman and the color of my skin. But that is how he makes me feel. You dont have to talk down to people at all. I have been trying to keep my cool but hopefully someone else can come out instead of him because it makes me uncomfortable. Other than that service has been great.
