Eddie answered my 3 calls. Called sometime last week. Not sure exactly when because I expected people in the sale/rent market to be crazy with calls. I did not expect a non-chalant attitude. I would like to highly warn people of This Woman's con artist abilities. We rented a property from this woman Samina who's actual name is Thamina. (It is her cover name because she Cons people). But after our rental agreement was up we were exposed to what she was capable of because when we moved out we cleaned and emptied the entire property and was expecting a $2,200 cash deposit + 350 deposit back ( one was a service animal that was not supposed to be charged for).
