They do not fix anything. Ive had a leak in my ceiling for over a year. They will paint over the moldy tiles. Eventually the moldy tiles have fell into my liver room floor. It takes them months to find someone to paint over the m oldy tiles because instead of them fixing the leak, their just covering it up with paint, now the whole celing have fallen.
