Business response:
Sounds like you are a very unhappy person. Very difficult to believe that everything rates a one star for someone who is board certified in his field, one of 14 expert reviewers for the Texas Medical Board and the Eddy Palmer recipient for the one of the nation's best gastroenterologists. Please give me another opportunity, free of charge. Have a blessed day.
He seemed very knowledgeable, and I trust he knew what he was talking about but he is a personal space invader. He got right in my face when explaining my diagnosis and it made me very uncomfortable. His office staff wasn't overly friendly and unable to reach his billing office, always goes to voicemail, and I've left a few messages. I also had to wait over an hour to see him, but to his credit he was working me in with his current appointments due to my circumstances.
I would recommend him highly.
