The staff is always nice
Takes forever just to get checked in. Very inefficient.

From Sacramento, CA. I was here for unfortunate reasons for my friend, had a brain aneurysm and he didn't make it. The ICU nurses in Sierra Tower were the best. A beautiful medical facility as well!
