I left my electric vehicle with this auto body shop for repair and although I was nervous at first; Renown Auto Center answered all of my questions and explained everything with attention to detail from the beginning which was very reassuring. They were experts in auto repair, completed the job within the original ETA, and even included additional services that I am very grateful for. Would definitely recommend to another family member or friend.
I had a poor experience with renowned auto after my car was brought here after an accident. They were bad at communicating the status of my vehicle which took over 4 months to be repaired (at least partly due to part orders). After leaving the lot I called them about a check engine light but they did not respond. There ended up being a new issue that could only get fixed at a kia dealership. I also later learned that they overfilled my refrigerant which cost me another $450 to get fixed.
