Terrible experience. They blamed me for damages without proof or clear documentation of the car’s condition before rental. Communication was poor, pushy, and disrespectful. Felt like they just wanted to squeeze money out of me. Would not recommend.
Had the best, most professional experience with the entire team at Renown Auto. They take extra care in ensuring everything is attended to in a high standard. I had body work done and dent work repair outside of an Insurance claim which can be very costly but they worked out an amazing fair deal for me and even provided a rental car during the repair so that I didn’t have to put my life on hold. There was a miscommunication that led to some confusion, the owner of this establishment cleared everything up and even though he didn't have to, he considered our side of the situation and took care of us completely.
I had an accident back in January, Talha and his team made this stressful situation very smooth. I was able to reach out to them at any time and get their help. The team was very active with timings for rental and following up with my insurance directly. I am really thankful that I had Renown help me through this process. Thank you for all your assistance and making my life easier!! Will definitely recommend and will continue to seek their services in the future!
