I had an unprofessional experience at this practice that felt biased and dismissive. Despite their stated $50 missed appointment policy, I was denied future care on a Friday, appointment canceled, after a simple rescheduling miscommunication over the phone. During this interaction, the staff was dismissive and ended the call prematurely while I was trying to provide feedback. So normally I dont review places. As I think Google reviews is a joke and stupid. People give stupid reviews. Anyway this place is amazing when I walked in I felt welcomed And Dr Nelson was so kind and talked to me about every move. I have never been to a chiropractor before and he made me feel comfortable. Thank you for fixing my back and neck pains. Seriously a life saver 🙌
Dr. Nelson is wonderful! The new patient exam is very thorough, the staff is very kind, and there's an office puppy!! I feel so much better after just one adjustment. Definitely going back.
