Prompt and thorough cleanup of bathroom flooding this morning. Personable, knowledgeable techs, carpets are still damp, but no longer squishy. Antimicrobials applied to help keep mold at bay. Overall, very pleased.

Karen in claims/warranty is amazing. Shes very responsive and professional. She takes pride in her work in a world where most do not. She makes sure the job is done and done correctly.
