Couldn't be happier
All my friends know me as the one who avoids the dentist at almost all costs. Not anymore. Tortured by a horrible/terrible/unbelievably horrendous childhood dentist, I could hardly walk in the door at Reno Dentist on W 7th St #5 when I first had to go. It was not easy for me. Now I look forward to going there and visiting with the nicest people I have ever met and for once, I can imagine myself with a beautiful smile someday soon. quick check-in; professional service. Need to pay closer attention to billing. If I had not asked to review what my insurance would cover, I would have had 2 crowns completed and in fact had to pay more money as you did not have to correct amount available on my primary dental insurance coverage. I could afford the error but some clients may not. I have also requested that billing for my husband's services and my own be separated versus consolidated. the staff is great!i am the nervous one...they are the only ones i trust.i have even compared prices and they are always fair in my billing.i drive over an hour each way to keep them as my dental staff since i moved away.it would be hard for you to find any better place for your dental work,
I love The Reno Dentist!! The entire staff is so professional & kind. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your comfortable and have everything you need to make your visit to the dentist easy. I highly recommend The Reno Dentist.
Dr. Ben and Brittany are awesome! I got a filling and a crown, was nervous as all heck when I got there. They were both so calming and pleasant! Brittany did a great job on my temp crown, she took the time to make sure it fit comfortably. I received a follow up call from Dr. Ben later that day just checking to see how I was doing after the numbness wore off and how I was doing with the temp crown. That was greatly appreciated!
From the 1st day I came into The Reno Dentist office; I felt acknowledged as a person in need of services provided by your office. I was made to feel welcome and not awkward. I was in alot of pain and had been suffering a very long time. I was never made to feel foolish for not seeking the proper attention earlier on but was met with understanding and consideration.
