I had my dental cleaning with Michelle, the Hygienist. She was fantastic! Very gentle and thorough, all the while being very friendly and personable. Great experience!
I am very happy with the amazing service I received from The northwest Reno Dentist office. I called the Reno Dentist in the afternoon on Friday 7/28 with an excruciating toothache. Even though they were very busy they thankfully saw me that same afternoon. They took care of me with professionalism and empathy for my situation. If they were not able to see me immediately I would have been in real trouble. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone. This is THE best dentist out there. First of all, its already a little terrifying going to the dentist. SO having amazing staff be nothing but kind and compassionate to you makes things so much better. From my first call to get an appointment scheduled, I was treated amazing. Nothing but smiles. I had a very good experience the staff was very professional I look forward to my next appointment I belive I can get all my dental needs done
Service was good and patient care very good. Where they fell short was in two areas.1. I asked the assistant about when my Delta Dental Plan "year" was over and he didn't get that to me.2. I was given a prescription for the pain and can not get it filled in California where I live. They should have told me about that. Evidently California has a specific form that the prescription needs to be filled out on. Now I have to drive back down to Reno from Truckee to get it filled.
