Very professional, excellent customer service, any business would benefit from implementing this model. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel like a person and not just another number or sale. Dentist take the time to inform you and explain all procedures in detail as well as what options are available. I highly recommend The Reno Dentist located at 855 West 7th St #5
April 29, while I was 400 miles from home, a pair of porcelain crowns fell out after 30 years. The staff juggled schedules to fit me in within 3 hours, greeted me with warm enthusiasm, offered refreshments (the hard nuts would have been tempting any other time), and answered every question I had. The waiting room was filled with family pictures and high-quality Christian music. The Reno Dentist is an amazing office with an amazing team. They take the awkwardness and uncomfortableness out of going to the dentist. Clean office, nice team, and fast and effective dental work. I will definitely be going back.
The Reno Dentist staff are amazing! I personally had very bad teeth,haven't been to a dentist in over 20 years.the Dentist and staff are very personable,friendly and always concerned about my needs and wants without judgement or telling me how many poor choices I've made regarding my teeth! I am so pleased and proud of my new smile they are working on! Can not recommend The Reno Dentist enough! Thank you again staff. You guys/girls are the best
When Dr. Sykes determined that I needed a crown, they were able to schedule me for the procedure immediately after my cleaning appointment. The procedure was done quickly and very professionally. The step by step procedure was explained thoroughly and the questions that I had were answered in a very understandable way.The follow up call later that evening by Dr. Sykes to check on how I was doing was very much appreciated.
Never thought that going to the dentist would be enjoyable. Friendly, concerned, and very good dentists and staff, a different experience that you've ever had going to a dentist.
I love it here! everytime we come in, which has almost every other week for three months, has been wonderful. The staff is awesome and Dr. Ben is the best! I'm so glad I switched dentists. It's amazing the knowledge they have!
