Was not any where near my typical experience. I thought I was just coming in for a routine cleaning and was surprised when I was told I needed an exam and x-rays. I just wasn't expecting the additional time. I was also told there would be an additional cost for the more comprehensive cleaning I needed but it was close to 100 and I wasn't prepared for that either. At the end of the cleaning while going over the treatment plan the cost for the comprehensive cleaning was less then I was told before the cleaning. I was a but ups... read more

I greatly enjoyed my experience with the Reno Dentist. I have had bad experiences with local practices before where the staff was gruff or lacked basic knowledge and social skills. But the effort they put into providing great customer service is well worth the visit. Shelsea and the other girls were helpful from the first call. I love that they send paperwork, directions and insurance papers before your visit so that everything is ready and you aren't surprised by hidden or uncovered upfront costs. I was very, very nervous about having a "deep clean" done on my teeth because of my phobia regarding dentists as well as horror stories I had heard with this procedure. They talked me through the entire process and made me very comfortable. If they told me I had to do it again tomorrow, I wouldn't be scared at all! Thank you Jenny and the Reno Dentist staff.

The women at the front desk were super friendly and nice. The woman who gave me the tour of the office and assisted the dentist was really nice and funny. The dentist was friendly as well and explained everything that needed to be done. Overall, this is the best dentist i have ever experienced.
