This was my Dr. N now is my hubbys n is my dad's Dr. I recommend. Very nice ppl and the Drs r so nice.
Customer service here is absolutely deplorable. It shouldn't be so difficult to get a call back after leaving several messages. When I am in there most of the desk staff is rude - including taking calls while you're talking to them. Medical staff don't introduce themselves and are cold and unfriendly. If it weren't for the fact that I like my doctor here I would find no reason to patronize or recommend Reno Family Physicians.
The doctors here are awesome! Dr. Simpson is the greatest!
