I have been a patient of Dr. Simpson's for about a year now. I have found her to be generous with her time, skilled in listening to and understanding me. I feel comfortable discussing my emotional and physical health with her. My aging parents are also patients of hers and I accompanied my mom (aged 77) to an appointment with Dr. Simpson recently. I was again very impressed. Erika Simpson is an excellent physician and a compassionate person. The staff, especially Gypsy, are professional and very friendly as well.
Dr Erica Simpson is a great doctor. Very friendly and knowledgeable. And when she is with you, you feel like she is actually spending time with you and listening to your issues. She is progressive and thinks outside the box. The staff is very friendly. Appointments on time.
My parents Monte and Charlotte Geidl have been coming here for many years. We love Dr. Horgan! Have never had any problems with appointments, meds ect. The front office staff and his assistant have been wonderful! Keep it up! :-)
There are only a few physicians I know who will spend the time to ask how their patients are doing and answer their trivial questions about their health. Whether they're trivial or the tough questions, Dr Hornback genuinely cares about her patient's health. The staff, receptionist and nurse assistant are efficient and friendly; trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I love the employee @ Reno Family physician. And especially my doctor. Doctor Hornback take good care the health of all her patients. Her assistant is wonderful.But she needs to smile.scheduler is excellent very good in returning call back. And doctor Hornback secretary is wonderful.i love you guys.
Good old fashioned, patient-centered top notch care by MDs, support and office staffs.
