Wait was long and they were running about an hour behind in MRI but all employees that I cam in contact with were very helpful and considerate!
Had a breast MRI with subsequent biopsy done in June. The staff was awesome, caring, loving, gentle, and so reassuring. Having anxiety, and having to go into that machine is awful. But a gentle rub, a reassuring voice makes such a big difference. This was the beginning of a long road ahead of me, as I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Just had my annual echocardiogram with Renee. I've had countless echo's over the last decade and Renee is simply the best!
Very friendly and helpful staff. They worked with me to be able to do all of my procedures at the same time.
Made three phone calls and was sent to voice mail. Never got a call back. When I finally got through to scheduling some one yelled what do you want and hung up. Trying to get appointment on a specific date as I live 80 miles away they wouldn't work with me at all. They have no compassion for some one who needs answers soon. Seems to only be about money not compassionate health care. Very disappointing.
