Clayton Butter in the X-Ray department was great. He understood the 3 hour test and kept my mind off the procedure. I would recommend him to anybody who needed an X-Ray at Reno Diagnostic Center in Reno.
The tech that I had was amazing, knowledgeable, and professional. I got the 3-d and no pain whatsoever! Easy!
I was truly impressed with the facility, the caring staff and friendly attitudes and smiles. The X-ray technician Trish is TRULY AMAZING, very friendly with an easy smile and a pleasant disposition which immediately made me feel as ease. The staff is very polite and professional, all the way from the front desk to the Radiologists. If it weren't for Dr. Swanger I would not be here, he saved my life by finding a shadow in my left kidney that turned out to be a cancerous tumor. Thank you! Holly, Shaun and the X-ray tech were awesome! They made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure. Their kindness made me feel at ease. If you have to have an Mri or an X-ray I highly recommended Reno Diagnostics!
This is one of those places where you know that the employees really enjoy their job. It was a pleasure to be there. Check-in was fast and courteous. I was feeling nervous about my CT scan. The assistant (whose name I did not remember) and the CT Tech, Lisa Aramini, made me feel at ease. This was not a case of routine care. They went above and beyond! I hope to not NEED to return for health reason, but I will absolutely recommend this business. Thank you!
