Price was below what I was quoted 13 years ago. Service was outstanding. D.D.S. Stasiewicz and Office Manager Shirley went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and understood the procedures totally. I choose General Anastasia and yes a couple of teeth were uncomfortable but no one claimed to be Dr. Painless had I not wanted to know what was going on or feel anything they were more than willing to put me under. Go there! A friend told me about Dr. Owens at Reno Dental Care. I found out they are a preferred provider for my dental insurance and I am so happy I went to her office. I don't look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Owens explained all of the different options I had and was pretty conservative, which was important to me. Her staff was really nice and helpful. I would recommend Reno Dental Care to anyone looking for a new dentist.
I'm 23 yr old. I have no insurance and no money and these people did an amazing job with what little money I had, almost all my teeth were destroyed to the point of not being able to eat. Thanks to them I can eat and smile like a normal person. Thanks to the "rude" "unorganized" staff for being exactly the opposite of that.
I would not recommend Reno Dentures to my friends, as it took me over 2 months to obtain my dentures, the extractions were extremely painful, and the dentures were too big for my mouth. I was informed by the Doctor's that gum shrinkage was normal, and I would have to return for a "soft lining" every so often and that only so many of these "soft linings" were actually covered under my insurance. The office personnel are very friendly, but very unorganized, as they tried to bill me several times for the same procedure.
I have been afraid of the dentist all of my life and it has taken me a long time to work up the courage to go and get my teeth fixed even though I have many issues with my teeth. I am so glad I came across Dr. Cassas because he was able to fix my teeth painlessly and comfortably. I never thought going to the dentist could be this way and am so thankful I found him.
