Completely rude, lady on the phone was clearly mad because I just moved here and misspoke my address, absolutely disgusting attitude

My mom loved her flowers, especially since 1800 flowers messed up a different arrangement sent to her. The folks at this shop care about what they send out to clients. Well done!
It's always a challenge to order flowers from out-of-state, with no knowledge of the local florists, but Renning's did a lovely job. The arrangement was delivered to the funeral home exactly as promised and the flowers were beautiful. Thank you!
