We have been with Rennie Automotive for a few years and cannot say enough good things about their service. Matt and the team are friendly and honest. They are always ready to problem-solve. When I needed new winter tires and couldn't figure out the best size, I called Matt (and Rachel!) and they found me great tires at a better price! Highly recommend.
If Rennie isn't your mechanic, they should be! Honesty, integrity and reliability guaranteed. We have been asking Matt and his team to service our fleet and personal vehicles for close to 10 years and have never received anything but incredible service. I highly recommend them. 6 stars!
January 2025 Edit: The vehicle I mentioned below has been sold to another person after over 6 years. For all of those 6 years, Rennie and his team took incredible care of my 2004 Prius. I probably took it to him 20+ times for oil changes, tire swaps, and mechanical issues. Sometimes Rennie would simply diagnose a very simple problem (ie, a worrying noise being just a loose bolt) and send me away without asking for payment. Came in from out of town and soon realized that my vehicle would need a bit of work after the drive, gave Rennie’s a call and from the first call to the final payment, the experience and ease of mind was wonderful. My vehicle was under warranty and they dealt with every single claim and question with the warranty company, kept good communication through the whole process, and squeezed me into their schedule as quick as they could.
