The facility itself is positively gorgeous for sure! While the staff at Western Reserve are undoubtedly compassionate and dedicated individuals, it appears they are facing significant challenges due to a high patient volume. This situation can make it difficult for patients to receive the timely care they deserve. I have been a guest here for seven days now and there is no place I would want to be other than home! Five stars is not enough! The Entire staff has welcomed us and flipped over backwards to make our stay wonderful! I’m so happy that my insurance company said that I could come here! My mother has recently been submitted into this facility and I can honestly say the staff, facilities are nothing but excellent. Every staff member I have met show great patience, and genuinely care about the residents well being. Recommend this organization with no reservations! Thank you for taking care of her..
Rennes was wonderful, great OT/PT, only real issue was after discharge- pain med didn’t get to pharmacy had to make 3 trip to pick them not sure whose fault that is, beautiful facility kind staff
