They asked me to remove my last bad review or else they wouldn't make the wheel that I waited 15 months for. I paid to reverse engineer a wheel that is no longer produced so they could make me a copy...... again I paid them to reverse engineering my original wheel they could make a copy. After 15 months of waiting and excuses I received a wheel and none of the measurements are the same except the offset. Great experience, very happy with my wheels. The quality and skill customization are top of the line.
I sent them my wheel back in March to make me a new one since the manufacturer doesn’t make them anymore and has gotten rid of the forging. They said it would be 8-10 weeks. We are now in August. They have lost my wheel twice now. Both times their employee Carl asked for the tracking number to verify the wheel arrived and then they found it. Now last week he said it was in finishing and this week he said they haven’t even made the wheel yet. I already paid them and now he is back to saying they haven’t made the wheel. STAY A... read more
The guy Carl that work here doesn't give you a straight forward answer. Every time you call he gives you the run around. He told me that my order didn't matter because I wasn't spending enough money with them. What kind of business treats their customers like that? One that doesn't appreciate people's hard earned money. I'll go elsewhere.
Great experience locally. The staff is professional and helpful. The wheel designs are top line, they have so much and if they don't they will make it for you. Check them out, they have a local Ontario show room.
