They closed their location without giving notice to their patients. Did not know they were closed til after 4 days of calling them to order my contacts!! Had to call another LensCrafters to ask if they know anything about it! That’s when they said the location along with Lens-crafter relocated “somewhere”!
Talked to them the day before and they took my insurance. On the next day at the appointment, they didn't take it.
Dr. Rennard is truly the most thoughtful and attentive eye doctor I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rennard for both eye exams and overall eye health.

TLDR: Dr. Rennard is well practiced, knowledgable and was able to fit me with glasses that changed my life. I was suffering from what I thought were visual hallucinations. Every airplane I saw fly above head looked to me like a drone flying low. I expressed these concerns to all my providers.
