We engaged Renna and her team for selling our home in Sunnyvale and they did an amazing job for us. Renna explained the whole end to end process, understood our challenges (we were leaving the country in a few weeks) and arranged everything to happen in a smooth and time bound manner. Very unprofessional and rude. She got bothered by just two phone calls I made on her number to enquire about a unit. She told me that I am behaving like there is any emergency that I have called her twice and that I should have just texted her ( which indeed I did earlier and did not get any response for long). Also She hung up the call in between after saying the above being very disrespectful. Many good units would lose their potential customers just because she is not in a mood to reply. Sheer Unprofessionalism!!
