I brought my truck in due to a transmission issue and is under warranty. They looked at it and needed to order a part. Part should take 1 or 2 weeks to deliver. OK. Let me drive my truck off the lot after being towed for transmission code. Never got a call back 2 weeks later. I called myself and was told a few excuses as to why I didn't get called back. OK fine. Money Hungry Service. There is always a problem every time we bring our truck here for service that we are now deciding to no longer service here. The first time it was “oh we forgot about that” even though it was written on the drop off envelope & in the scheduling system. Then we were charged for a tire rotation & the tires weren’t rotated, and NOT reimbursed. Makayla got me out the door in less than 3 hours with a brand new 2025 Duramax! Highly recommend!
Brought my Chevy in for service in January. It's now almost 3 months later and still waiting for parts!. Other dealers have offered customers a loaner car for this repair, but this dealer does not offer such. Also, dealer can't get info from GM (GM issue) on when parts will be available. 3 months no car, for a $40K car. Very Frustrating. 4/4 update. Dealer called offering loaner car. Very appreciated. Will take my post down when GM gets us battery. Believe issue is GM issue not dealer.
