Heather was VERY friendly and professional, even our dog loved her. Showed me all my options and features that they could install via the 3D computer images and let me hold samples to see the quality of the product itself. Recommended what would look best in my bathroom and was exactly right. It's great when someone stands by their product and knows what would complement your space.
Renken set me up with a walk-in shower, replacing my old bathtub/shower. Justin came out and did a great job with the installation, he went above and beyond while being courteous and respectful. I would definitely use them again.
