Absolutely the most crooked dentistry ever you go in you pay your bill they tell you this amount there will be no further charges and they turn around and build you more. It is absolutely crooked. DO NOT EVER GO THERE
I had received great care at this practice-until I missed an appointment. I was sick the day of the appointment and, due to medication, slept through my appointment time. I called the next day and explained my situation and asked to be rescheduled. I was told I would no longer be a patient at the practice since I had missed one appointment. No questions asked, no explanation requested. I have never had an experience like this before with any doctors’ office. I’m 74 years old; things like this happen. Be forewarned.
The Renken Dentistry in Georgetown, 5725 Williams Drive, was a great place to be when one has to go to the Dentist for some dental work. I , David Metevier was there this morning for my appointment at 11:00am and they were fantastic. I really felt like a Prince going to the Dentist and that is how they treat you. With care and professionalism. Thank you Brittney and Tiffany, and the whole staff.
