I had somedeep cleaning under the gums. I had this done in February. In August I went to my regular dentist and had xrays and cleaning. The X-rays showed a rather large cavity under the gum headed toward the root of a tooth that is crowned and supports a bridge. My dentist had requested paperwork from Dr Burrell with no response numerous times. I was at my dentists office when they called again. Dr. Burrell is excellent. Not only did she do the procedure extremely well, it was pain free and she is so friendly and funny that I really enjoyed being there -- never thought I would say that about getting dental work done! Her staff are also awesome, and they even contacted my insurance for me and called me with the cost BEFORE the procedure -- unheard of! Highly highly recommend.
Update review 10/10/2023--- I was referred to Meridian Endodontics and Periodontics in Brookfield WI by Forward Dental of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. After the exam, they recommended that I proceed with immediately getting a Deep Cleaning on four sections of my mouth. The cost of the exam and X-rays was approximately $475 and they wanted payment directly upfront that same day!!! Dr Burrell is the absolute best! I had 2 gum grafts done by her and it was a very positive experience! She was so kind to me and helped me through my anxiety. Even with my constant questions and tears she always made sure to give me all the answers and treated me with so much respect and care. Any phone call or text was always answered very quickly too. Every visit with her has been great. I highly recommend her! Definitely the person to go to!
Excellent care and diagnostician. Unfortunately, my dental insurance no longer covered cleanings by a periodontist. I had to stop seeing her, but I do recommend her practice.
