Jessica has been the biggest blessing for me. She truly listens and gives suggestions specific to me and my situation. She is understanding and kind, and she has helped me get onto the right path with a combination of medication and lifestyle tips. I feel like a much more capable person thanks to her help. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Dr. Ortega is an absolute God send!!! When I first presented to her, all I knew was I could not keep living life the way I was. No amount of positive thinking or prayer was changing how I felt and all I knew is I didn’t want to keep feeling the way I was Through talking with her, she has helped identify things about myself I did not know or understand about myself. ‼️ BEWARE;. MY 17 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAS BEEN SEEING JESSICA VIA TELEHEALTH FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. WE REALLY LIKED HER AT FIRST. SHE KEPT ASKING FOR TONS OF BLOODWORK WHICH WE DID BUT WAS NEVER SPECIFIC ON WHAT SHE NEEDED SO THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT AT THE OFFICE KEPT HAVING TO CALL TO GET DETAILS FROM HER AND IT MADE FOR A LONGER APPOINTMENT BECAUSE IT TAKES FOREVER TO ACTUALLY REACH HER TO TALK TO HER PERSONALLY.
