Came in first time and i was very nervous but I had a great first step with Lucila. She was very informative and helpful providing information of how to start. Looking forward towards new beginnings!
It was my first time with my new psychiatrist. We were suppose to be in person but due to an emergency on her end we did a Telehealth appt. She was very thorough and asked lots of questions. I felt heard and encouraged after my appt.
Robert Cortez was very professional and patient with my 6 years old son. I liked the time he took to go over little details and was open to any questions. Thank you and I hope to continue the same way until the end of our journey. Thank you for that first step!
As a business that thrives on those with mental illness, there is not ethical line it wouldn’t cross to profit off those. This business is a scam. Whoever calls to “follow up” with you after your first appointment pressures you into leaving a good review. At first I thought I had a good experience enough with the provider to let that go but once I required support for a work accommodation that’s when I saw the real catch of it all.
