The staff here are so amazing, so helpful, and so patient. I've gone through seven psychiatrists in the past two years but have finally found a doctor that truly understands what I need, without judgment. He is so informative! It's only been a month and I've made tremendous improvement. Shoutout to Dr. Paul Choi! You're the best! :-D :-D :-D
Front desk was very helpful and professional throughout my visit at this clinic. My therapist was great and really listened to my problems with good insight and really wanted me to become better. In fact, the service was much better than my previous therapists, some whom didn't seem to value my time or presence at all. I had an online appointment with LifeStance through Zoom. Overall, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5. The provider I saw was a Nurse Practitioner. She was very kind, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. I felt respected and understood during the session, which made it a positive experience for me. I’ve been with Renewed mental health for many years as well as my two daughters.
