Showed up for a 9 am appointment to be told I did not have one. Asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. Why? So they could mess that one up to. No thanks! I worked my morning around this appointment. When I cannot make an appointment, I cancel. I expect the same treatment. This is not the kind of care you want when it involves your health!
I WILL NOT return to this business ever again. They DO NOT CARE about their patients. I was completely out of my medication, and instead of them simply calling the phone number my insurance provided to give a preauthorization to release my medication to my pharmacy the doctor and his staff just kept saying that they will fax it and it takes 48 hours to do so.
