Dr. Vaid is wonderful! The rest of the staff is as pleasant as you could want while being professional.

Their voice messaging system says to leave your name, date of birth and phone number, and they'll call you back before the end of the business day. This is the second time I've called without getting a call back! I'll be calling AGAIN tomorrow. In other words, if you need to speak with them, save yourself the trouble and call someone else!
I have been to the MedSpa...LOVE TRACY & TORI....very easy to make appts, and love how my face feels after. My daughter had treatments with Lori in Manassas office...Love her too. I am going to Gainesville office in April...will update then, but fully expect it to be an amazing experience...!!!!
Every time I visit Renewal MedSpa is a great experience. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely give them a try if you haven't already. You'll be glad you did!
