Everything about our window replacement was awesome. From the first meeting till the installation was exactly as they told us. Even got follow up call to make sure we were happy. The installers laid drop cloths to protect my carpets, took us through all the steps to insure they open with ease. The outside was cleaned up of every scrap of material, like they wern't even here. extremely happy and will hire them to do the rest of the windows in the future. 5 star rating from the Nowreys in Glenolden.

door swells up doesnt close properly. both entry and screen. screen doo holder is jammed in open position doesnt close. when i overpay i expect perfection

I interviewed several companies - yes they are expensive, but it's a quality product and I'm SO happy with the installation. Looks wonderful - down to the "correct/HOA approved" color around the windows to finish them off on the exterior.
Product is great quality. Windows delivered on time. Work crew were wonderful. Cleaned up each room as they worked. Courteous and diligent workers. George/Nick and John were respectful of our home. Operation of windows shown and questions answered. You do pay for the "quality"...A job well done.
Dimitriy and his crew were fantastic. Expert window installation, considerate and thoughtful about keeping inside and outside of house clean, and thorough with information about care and handling of new windows. Very pricey but excellent quality. We highly recommend these guys!!
