Do not mislead customer. I requested 2 sets of 3 windows each be placed side by side, I was talked into 2 large sliding windows which do not allow the same airflow, it is not. I wanted double hung windows that I could tilt in for cleaning, these have to be lifted out by someone extremely strong to be cleaned. The small window for my bedroom was supposed to be a canopy window, the ones I had seen opened all the way up, this one they installed only opens maybe a 5th of the way. I am so very disappointed.
RecommendedThey were very professional and efficient. My house was cleaner when they finished their clean up than before they installed the windows. I love my new windows, they have made my house warmer . I would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson of Detroit .
My Renewal by Anderson windows are a great enhancement to my 48 year old house. The process from ordering to installation was relatively smooth. My only complaint is communication between departments AND someone answering the phone! When I placed my order I asked for “sash limiters”. It took four people and several phone calls to achieve my request. The installers were good, little messy with outside caulking and John who installed the sash limiters was excellent! Staff member John visited for follow-up regarding a recent installation. He was excellent. For starters, he was friendly, quick, and efficient. He found the least intrusive way to accomplish the work. He demonstrated key features of the kinds of windows we have installed, staying to allow me to practice removal/reinstallation of our picture window and our double-hung windows. And he credibly committed to additional follow-up as needed (e.g., scheduling the city’s inspection). Thank you.
We installed sliding glass doors. They are perfect the representative was great no pressure and the installation was a perfectly wonderfully experience
They really did a great job. My glass door and window looks great. They know what their doing. Took out the old one and installed their product tempered glass door, tempered window and fibrex not vinyl, it’s fibrex. They came did their job and clean up. They left the work area neat and clean. Two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽
