We had 20 windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen and all went great the salesman Lou Testone is very knowledgeable about the Windows and let us know all about the job. The installation team showed up on time and did I nice job putting in the windows and cleaning up after the work was done. And before thay left explain how everything works. Thanks to both Lou Testone and install team Jimmy, Hairo, Sal, and Dan.
I just had 4 windows installed at my house and Vito and Jose did a GREAT job! Both were friendly, neat and professional. David, our sales rep called during the install to make sure everything was right and it was. I am very happy we chose to use Renewal by Anderson. I highly recommend them.
Had six casement Windows installed today. Installers arrived at 8am sharp and were completely done by 11:30. All three installers were extremely competent. Windows look great and they left my house immaculate. My wife and I are very pleased with both the quality of the Windows and the professionalism displayed by all three installers. The installers names are Shane, John and Matt. They should be commended for their efficiency and courtesy.
Had fourteen windows replaced today. The team of Shane, Jim, Ryan, and Vinny did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous, and left the job site spotless. If you are thinking about replacing your windows with renewal by anderson, I would request these four gentlemen.
Shane, Ryan and John arrived on time and proceeded to put down drop cloths and plastic to protect my home. Removed and installed Windows quickly and professionally. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. Job site was left in great shape and everything was taken away. I have a few more Windows to replace and will definitely ask for this crew when I have the rest installed.
Lisa was the representative that came to tell us all about Renewal by Andersen windows. She left our home with a sale of 5 windows. I just love my new kitchen glider window !!! Norbert and Paul were our installation team for the day. They arrived on time, were very friendly, experienced and talked us through each step they were going to perform. They came early in the morning - were very friendly - prepared all surfaces by the windows - worked very sufficiently - installed 6 windows. Capped and chalked all windows nicely - cleaned up everything. Explained how everything worked. Very nice guys!!! Very happy with our new windows. Would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen
