We just had the adjustment team leave after an issue with a new install. We were very pleased with Renewal by Andersen’s prompt response to our problem and the teams efficiency and professionalism in handling our issue. The repair was done on time and we were left with everything cleaned and correct. We are very happy with their service and would like to thank Jordan, Gene and Kaleb for their excellent work. We also LOVE our new windows!!

Renewal by Anderson enlarged my kitchen window and replaced my sliding door. The original installers did a nice job but it wasn’t perfect. I had a follow up appointment with Jordan and he immediately recognized the defects. He made a follow up appointment and arrived with Kalep. The two of them went beyond my expectations. We spent a lot of money and Jordan made sure that we received the quality and service that we expected. Jordan and Kalep were great.
