Today, I had my front door,living room and kitchen windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen of Long Island and have to say it was one of the best decisions... they were fantastic !!! They exceeded my expectations!! The salesman Steven Lipack and the installers Luis, Milton and Pedro did a phenomenal job ... I couldn’t be any more happier and highly recommend them!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had all my windows replace back in 2018. They were installed by craftsman. Great job. Today I had my double patio doors installed by Edward who is The same person that installed my windows. Again...awesome job once again. I highly recommend. A++

We contracted with Renewal by Anderson last year and spent $30k on windows. It was supposed to be a 2 day job. The crew rushed the job and finished in 1 day and left damages all over my house. They did come to repair everything, however a crew that rushed a large job like this is yet to be desired. I felt the crew were not carpenters by trade and not skilled. They were just day laborers. We just had a sliding patio door replaced. Tom was great. The clean up was meticulous. Great customer service. We were very satisfied.
(Phase 2 of install). The installers were professional, meticulous and immaculate. They did a perfect job and dealt perfectly and precisely with a few warehouse issues. Overall - Outstanding install. Product is perfect. With no heat on - the house is 3 degrees warmer than it was with heat on and old windows. We replaced about sixty windows and can’t wait to save a fortune with summer AC.
