Good product, awful sales practices. Years ago we had all our windows replaced with Renewal by Andersen. Quite expensive but worth the cost for the high quality. But their sales practices are as bad as they get. So bad in fact that I would not buy from them again. Today a young man wearing a company logo shirt rang our doorbell. He was pushing their product. Impossible to get ahold of. Been waiting over a year for them to fix the poorly installed windows. They fixed one of many—the tech said the quality in the factory isn’t what it used to be. Multiple windows had debris inside the glass. Many are not balanced—they don’t stay up. Nearly all have sloppy sealant around the edges but “it’s within spec”. Tech came out to confirm the issue last year. Still waiting. NewPro was our second option—wish we went with them.
