Please do not use this company and if you have to absolutely do not pay them upfront. Renewal by Andersen has taken over 1 year to install my doors and windows. I signed a contract with them on December 2. The contract stated that they would have this complete within 6 months. My sales rep Jeff Kaley has not responded to any e-mails from me or his coworkers in over 9 months. First DO NOT BUY from Renewal by Anderson!!!!! My story started in 2022 and we are still waiting for them to finish installing everything. We bought all new windows, 2 sliding glass doors and hurricane shutters from them. It took 9 months to get the windows which some were wrong and broken. They then installed a bi-fold door in our living room which was not what we ordered. The salesperson could care less that I didn't want that. This has been the worst installation process and service we have ever received in 38 years of marriage from a company. The product, in this case, impact windows, are a good quality. However, I would never recommend this company to install or service or work with, as they do not return phone calls and we are 9 months in and the window installation and service is not complete.
