From start to finish the team was a pleasure to work with, from the initial bid to the final punchlist item(s), RenewAge stepped up in every way possible to complete each task we had asked. I think we asked a lot out of your crew on this project (20 chargers), but the team didn’t complain and just took every request in stride. I wish there were more contractors like RenewAge out there. It would make my job much easier.
The Renewage team installed 7 chargers in two separate phases at our apartment building in West Los Angeles. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Qais was always available to answer questions and the installation team (Daniel and Mike) were extremely courteous and accommodating. Additionally, Mauricio, the electrical engineer, went out of his way to help us with a separate electrical project. The whole team is very hands on, including Cecilia who helps process rebates.
I’m sure these guys do good work but here’s my issue. I live in the apartment complex these guys have been installing chargers in the last few weeks in Hollywood. I spotted a few loose screws from the crew on the ground after work hours and tossed them in the trash. That did not help much as I noticed the tire of my vehicle was punctured by one of the exact screws the following day. I had to come out of pocket a decent amount to get the tire repaired.
