I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism of this company. They walked me through every aspect of the process. From building the unit, getting approvals, and filling out all of the tax paperwork on my behalf with detailed instructions. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to get a solar product.

Renewable Energy was an awesome company to work with throughout the whole process they kept me informed via email and phone calls. Everyone from the consultant, customer service rep and contractors were very pleasant each time and helpful even when I was stressed from the process with my HOA. They made this an easy process and I would recommend Renewable Energy to everyone. It's like a family and very personal from day one.

A HOA can add complexity and stress to any project but we are use to providing them the documentation they need - especially in Charles County where we have to get their sign off before the permit will even be issued.
Customer service was great Overall from start to finish Everyone there was able to answer my questions and help me make the most informed decision And most recently I had to do paperwork for For my tax credits I asked Jessie if she could Have the paperwork ready in about 45 minutes but time I got there everything was ready to sign And was Easy to complete Thank you again renewable energy if I need other projects done I will Be back in touch

The staff at renewable energy are consistently friendly, helpful, and patient. This is all so new to me, and they never seemed bothered by my many questions.
