Renewable Energy installed our solar panels in 2016 and we enjoyed the benefit of reduced energy bills. After receiving notification that the Enphase envoy did not report, we contacted Renewable Energy and they responded in a timely manner with service repair. Problem solved and all panels are working, reporting and we expect to continue with solar savings and help our environment. Office staff, who were very helpful, and service repair rate a 5-star review.

a few years ago, I bought some solar panels with Renewable Energy Corporation(REC) they made me a lot of promises on savings. That was a lie. They tricked me, I'm now I'm paying money to the bank and have solar system on my roof without producing energy. I still haven't seen any savings on my Pepco bill. I'm asking them where are my savings? they don't want to help. be careful what you sign with them. I'm now seeking for legal help. you can contact me at any time. I'm not lying.
This year we decided to add a solar system to our home, so we contacted Renewable Energy Corp (REC) to get an estimate. Their sales representative came to our home and walked us through the process, technology, products, and services they provide. Since COVID, we are having a hard time getting our service request answered. My husband reached out for assistance prior to COVID. We have purchased a new modulator and my husband has made countless phone calls to no avail except to say there is a 3-month backlog which is understandable; however, our system has been offline for a year now.
We've had a great experience working with Renewable Energy Corporation, especially Andrew Clarke. They're responsive, savvy about the industry and helped answer all of our questions. We weren't familiar with the solar program in DC, and they helped us navigate / understand the program and process. Would definitely recommend!
