So far the worst experience that I’ve ever had! I live here a little more than year, I’ve been having rodent problems for about 9 months. This building is doesn’t assume the violation of the lease agreement and Massachusetts state sanitary code, all that I was asking is break the lease as in 9 months things just got worse. And no one address it due to changing management, they do not have responsibility and empathy for the residents.
This building is completely disrespectful with the resident. I've been having rodent problems for nine months. I've patiently tried to let the office resolve them, but they've been unsuccessful in putting steel wool and stick traps in my apartment. The rodent problems have worsened, and I've been trying to break my lease, as this constitutes a clear violation of the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code (105 CMR 410.00), which requires landlords to maintain rental units free from rodent infestation, and a breach of the landlord'... read more
I am very impressed with my living arrangement at RENEW WORCESTER! I have lived here for two years now. The interior is very spacious with a large porch that stretches from the living room to the bedroom. The rent price is well within reason for the 1,000 sq. feet that is offered. I enjoy that the building is right off a main road (Highland Street), while also centrally located in a suburban environment.
