The workers answering the phone at the Call center were not honest with me. I was told I would receive a call back to have My Clogged sink addressed that day, And to call back in two hours, if I didn’t receive a call by then. I called back in two hours was told to call back in another hour if no one had yet come. I ended up speaking to four agents that way and waiting in the entire day.
