I am very impressed with my living arrangement at RENEW WORCESTER! I have lived here for two years now. The interior is very spacious with a large porch that stretches from the living room to the bedroom. The rent price is well within reason for the 1,000 sq. feet that is offered. I enjoy that the building is right off a main road (Highland Street), while also centrally located in a suburban environment. The workers answering the phone at the Call center were not honest with me. I was told I would receive a call back to have My Clogged sink addressed that day, And to call back in two hours, if I didn’t receive a call by then. I called back in two hours was told to call back in another hour if no one had yet come. I ended up speaking to four agents that way and waiting in the entire day. The last person to answer the phone when I called the fifth time, after waiting yet another hour, apologized and said I have been misinforme... read more
