This building is completely disrespectful with the resident. I've been having rodent problems for nine months. So far the worst experience that I’ve ever had! I live here a little more than year, I’ve been having rodent problems for about 9 months. This building is doesn’t assume the violation of the lease agreement and Massachusetts state sanitary code, all that I was asking is break the lease as in 9 months things just got worse. And no one address it due to changing management, they do not have responsibility and empathy for the residents.
