I am very impressed with my living arrangement at RENEW WORCESTER! I have lived here for almost two years now, having moved in as my first apartment on my own. The interior is very spacious with a large porch that stretches from the living room to the bedroom. The rent price is well within reason for the 1,000 sq. feet that is offered. Great location, Very commutable, Tons to do. Management has a lot to work with, but they get work done within 2weeks of submitting for repairs. Some of the neighbors need to do more with pet care and training, but the people are nice and very friendly. Management does a lot to build sense of community with building events. This place is amazing to live in. My partner and I have been here for 2 years now and are planing on staying 2 more.
location, location, location ... i enjoy living at 5 suburban rd, renew worcester. i am happy and feel safe. management is always available, friendly and helpful. i wish that surveys would be done on renewworcester.com, their own website instead of third party websites. the gazebo and surroundings are pleasant and i enjoy spending time with my neighbors and brian and tom on our management team. nothing is perfect.
