The staff is doing a great job! Thank you for all you do! Isaac responds quickly to maintenance requests and is always professional! I love the effort they all put in to make this a nice place to live!
If you don’t mind the loud traffic of Douglas Ave 24-7 pretty much, to the amazing protesters that line the sidewalk from 10am-3pm every Saturday and some Sundays talking about how they hate this or hate that….in which also blocks the driveway to enter the main parking garage and just stands there blocking the garage looking straight into your car like you are the problem, (was never told they protest down there, I don’t mind the freedom of speech but please protest in a manner that your not making life an inconvenience to o... read more
During my time at ReNew, the office staff and maintenance staff were excellent - one of the best parts of this place. Maintenance would fix most problems within 24 hours, if not the same day. The amenities are nice, but the dog park/patio seems to be infrequently cleaned. The complex comes with no recycling option, so consider this if you do it. If you like peace and quiet avoid protesters have been across the street for over 2 years and you will hear everything through the apartments. Very dirty inside the common area due to pets and the lenient policy. Irritating that trash chute wasn’t on my part of the second floor do had to take out trash all the way on the other side. Constant elevator problems and they charge way too much for all these issues and the fact that it’s disgusting in all the common areas.
