Moving made me really miss my time here. The property manager I loved has left, but this was my favorite apartment and I'm sure they're still great. Couple things were annoying, like communication about community-wide maintenance things (the call box being broken, the pool opening super late in the summer), the constant fire department visits, and the windows in the really old building frosting and melting on the inside. Honestly, my experience at ReNew was great. The building has old bones, but is in good shape. A very good unit for the price. What made my rating 5 stars was the apartment staff. They have truly gone above and beyond from the start of my tenure here to the end. They were flexible when I arrived, and were even happy to meet my moving company and supervise my unloading while I was out of town. They have been quick to answer any of my questions, and the maintenance staff has been quick and thorough. Great experience!
