If you truly are coming to a place to get mental health help, do NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! I tried over and over to get help, but have been unsuccessful. My initial appt was a month ago, seemed to go really well, however the next thing I know (while waiting for approval from my insurance), I was contacted by someone working in the front office asking me to "change my next appt time". I highly recommend ReNew. Everyone the is kind, empathetic, and true professionals. Individual shout out to Mya. She is the best. She is invested in her patients, and these days, this is rarity. If you are qualified for ketamine, please go to ReNew and ask for Mya to administer your treatment. She is GREAT!

I love this treatment! Letting go, remember how hard that is? I can barely form a thought and when I did I had two; 1. God, I love this stuff. 2. I wish EVERYONE would try. At least once and THEN judge for yourself.
I understand charging someone for not showing up. Look at there history with you. If they just dont show up or didnt attempt to cancel then $100. Might be reasonable. However if they attempted to cancel due to being sick when they got up , I would of been ok with still paying the copay. When livingon a fixed income that 100. Made a big impact.
