RecommendedCassie is a great yogi! She reminds me to practice healthfully, and with gratitude. Love her addition of music playlists to keep us motivated and not take ourselves too seriously. I always leave her classes feeling good... no matter how bad I felt going in.
The staff create a sense of peace and safety that can be felt the moment you walk into the building. The therapists are amazing and encourage body and mind wellness and strive to help their clients achieve it.

Tonight was the last Breast Cancer Survivor Yoga. It was about Joy. Something that at times I forget to have. I’m so thankful for this class, and al I have learned. Cannot wait to take more classes with Michele Faith!
I was connected with someone there. She went out on maternity leave and I’m not sure if she ever came back but she told me that upon her return she couldn’t take me back. When I talked to someone in charge, I was given the names of several other practices and told that Renew Wellness had no one to put me with. Unfortunately, the names given were not accepting new patients. I was left to fend for myself. Very disappointed.
Love Renew Wellness- they have great yoga teachers and it is a warm and welcoming community!

The integration of physical and mental wellbeing in the yoga classes here is amazing. The teachers are wonderful and the space is calming.
