The worst management company ever. Not worth the money — the service you receive from this management company is terrible! They don’t know how to treat tenants, and it’s extremely difficult to reach or communicate with the office. I’ve lived in this place for 10 years, but ever since Arrowpoints Management took over, everything has gone downhill. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Not worth the money or the hassle. Do not move here unless you want to deal with 24/7 issues that are never resolved. They raise rent insanely because people are moving out.
This property is absolutely wonderful. The office manager, Jessica, responds immediately and assists you with anything and everything you need. I can’t recommend this place enough!
