Definitely not luxury apartments. You can hear every noise your neighbors make because the walls and ceilings are so thin. The hallways and shared spaces are always dirty. The leasing office is hard to get into contact with. There’s only like 1 maintenance worker, so repairs take a while. Not worth the price and the “amenities” are usually broken or small, like the gym. Would not recommend.

$2,400 for a 2 bedroom apartment is illegal, What has changed in the last 10 years for you to charge that much for an apartment, How can you expect people to keep up with their rent????? What is everyone a doctor who lives here? You people make me sick!

STAY AWAY. A public nuisance, quickly turning a once beautiful and quiet Tatnuck Square into a crime zone. Within the last year, there have been three tragic deaths on the property. This place is dangerous, with sketchy characters. Tenants and their visitors sprawl all down the street, despite having ample parking, waking up homeowners at night when they park and move their cars. Why do they park in front of people’s houses?
